Delivery & Returns

 

Delivery 

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched. 

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. 

Delivery Charges 

Our delivery charges are set at £5.95

Single Greeting Cards & Hanging Decoration orders are set at £1.95 for UK postage.

We offer free delivery for orders above £65.00 (UK Only).

If you live outside of the UK and would like to enquire about placing an order, please contact hello@prettylittleduck.com.

Returns

We hope you are delighted with your Pretty Little Duck purchase, however in the instance you aren’t then we offer a return.

Please return the item within 14 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that the goods are returned unused, in a saleable condition, unwashed and repacked in their original packaging please. 
Unfortunately we can’t fulfil an exchange or refund if this isn’t the case. Please state the reason you wish to return the item and whether you wish to have a refund of exchange.

Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned goods unless the item is faulty. As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered, we recommend you send the goods to us by registered post. 

 Please ensure the parcel is packaged well to ensure the goods aren’t damaged upon return to us, in this instance we may not be able to offer the exchange or refund. We highly recommend that the returned parcel is sent with proof of postage and with an insured, registered delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email.

Pre-order

From time to time, we may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre-order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please call us on 07708924490 or alternatively please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If you order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
