Delivery & Returns
We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 working days from the first full day after your order is dispatched.
Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct as we cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address you have provided is incorrect.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email.
Orders placed after 3 pm will be dealt with the following working day.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.
Our delivery charges are set at £4.95
Single Greeting Cards & Hanging Decoration orders are set at £1.95 for UK postage.
We offer free delivery for orders above £70.00 (UK Only).

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you can cancel it within 14 days of delivery and then return it within another 14 days. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
Please note we do not refund postage charges on returned goods unless the item is faulty. As the parcel and its contents are your responsibility until delivered, we recommend you send the goods to us by registered post.
Please ensure the parcel is packaged well to ensure the goods aren’t damaged upon return to us, in this instance we may not be able to offer the exchange or refund. We highly recommend that the returned parcel is sent with proof of postage and with an insured, registered delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.
Once we have received your returned item(s), we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
We take the upmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we ask that you take a photo and send it to us via email.
As soon as we have received a photo of your damaged item/s, we will process a refund or send a replacement to the shipping address stated on your original order.

From time to time, we may offer a pre-order option on a selection of products which are due in stock. If you choose to order an item which is available for pre-order along with items which are in stock, we are only able to ship the entire order once all items are in stock.

Cancelling Your Order
If you wish to cancel your order prior to despatch please call us on 07708924490 or alternatively please email us as soon as possible after placing your order and we will issue a refund providing your order has not been shipped. If you order has already been shipped by the time you contact us, you will have to follow the usual returns procedure.
